Focus on safety issues and muscles groups that need to be trained.
3. 學習動作。/如何進入動作及針對動作之熱身式子。
Learn about the postures. / How to get into the postures, and the preparation /warm up poses.
4. 如何以精簡口述指導協助學生進入動作及調整學生動作。
Precise verbal que for student to get into poses and hand-on adjustment
5. 動作功用及其注意事項。
Function of poses and their respective reminder
6. 理解危險部分。
Understand the danger of every single pose
7. 設計課堂流程。

4 video recording of 60 mins beginner aerial class teaching (2 months)
兩個月內要提交4條各60分的教學片段
45 mins practical Teaching exam (Invite at least 3 students to the class)
45 分鐘實踐考試 (須邀請最少三位朋友出席考試。)
